June 2nd the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Food Pantry will benefit from folks eating at Algonquin’s Colonial Cafe. The details follow:

I’m writing on behalf of Algonquin/Lake In The Hills Food Pantry where the Colonial Cafe, located at 2555 Bunker Hill Rd., Algonquin, is having a Penny Pancake Day to benefit the Food Pantry on Thursday, June 2.

This event will take place from 7 am – 10 pm and requires guest to dine-In and purchase a beverage.

The Food Pantry will have volunteers on-site to accept donations for our Capital Campaign Fund in efforts to support the building of our new location.

We are asking you to help us promote and spread the word on this event. Our goal is to raise $500.00+ for the Food Pantry. If you have any questions, please email me.
