Tuesday, drivers on Route 14 in Crystal Lake could notice asphalt had been removed from the state highway.
When was it done?
The photo you see above more than hints that the work is being done at night.
Not much traffic between 11 and 12 when this photo was taken.
Will this road project ever be completed? It seems like it’s taking forever to complete. Wonder how that business area has been affected?
With all the construction workers out of work one would think that there would be plenty pf resources available for this project to speed things up.
I’m wondering if there are additional taxpayer costs involved for “nighttime work”. Is IDOT the only funding for this project?
