Illinois GOP Chairman Pat Brady to Speak at Nunda GOP Meeting

 Pingree Gove, IL:  The Nunda Township Republican Central Committee Chairman Brent Smith has announced that Illinois Republican Party Chairman Pat Brady will be a guest speaker at their next regular meeting on August 31st.

“We are very excited to have Chairman Brady coming to Nunda Township, not only to talk to us about exciting things happening in the Illinois Republican Party, but to see the energy that is coming out of the Precinct Committeemen and Captains in the Nunda Republican Organization,” Smith said.

In addition to firing up the committeemen, Brady will be discussing the statewide presidential straw poll taking place on November 5th, 2011- one year before the 2012 Presidential election.

  • 26th District State Senator Dan Duffy
  • McHenry County State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi
  • 52nd District State Representative Kent Gaffney
  • 64th District State Rep. Candidate Barbara Wheeler.

The event will also be attended by many local politicians and candidates, representing all levels of local and national office, including 8th District Congressman Joe Walsh and 14th District Congressman Randy Hultgren.

The meeting will take place at the Prairie Isle Golf Course Clubhouse at 2216 Rt. 176 in Prairie Grove and will start promptly at 7pm.

Republicans throughout Nunda Township and McHenry County are welcome to attend, however Chairman Smith cautions everyone to arrive early, as this will be a well attended meeting and seating will be limited.

Based in Nunda Township, the Nunda Township Republican Central Committee is made up of elected and appointed Precinct Committeemen working to support the Republican Party and Candidates.
