Randy Hultgren Seeks Petition Signatures for Congressional Race

Randy Hultgren

Here’s the email:

Dear Friend,

Thank you to so many of you for your overwhelmingly positive response to my decision to run for re-election to Congress in the 14th District of Illinois.

As with any campaign for public office, the first step is to secure a spot on the ballot by collecting signatures. While we do not yet know what the final district boundaries will look like due to a court challenge, candidates have been given the green light from a federal judge to begin collecting signatures, as long as they are collected in good faith – and that’s where I need your help!

Beginning today my petitions will be circulated throughout the 14th District, and I would greatly appreciate your support to assist me in collecting signatures. We only have a few months to collect thousands of signatures, so even if you are only able to ask your family, friends or neighbors to sign my petition, it would be a huge help! Click HERE for instructions on filling out the petition.

With this email I’ve included both a blank petition sheet and instructions on how to properly collect signatures. If you would prefer to have petition sheets mailed to you or if you have any additional questions, please contact my campaign office by calling 630.549.0139 or visiting 1118 E. Main St. in St. Charles.

Petitions can be circulated immediately but please return all petition forms back to my campaign office by November 15, 2011.

Again, thank you for all of your support!

In service,

Randy Hultgren,
Member of Congress
