Who is William Ruhl?
Could he possibly be a deputy?
Probably just another one of Nygren’s “issues”.
A internet search shows him to have been a candidate for Mayor of Franklin Park

Bill Ruhl unsuccessfully ran for Village President of Franklin Park in the April 7, 2009 Consolidated Election under the Independent Citizens Action Party of Franklin Park ticket.
William “Bill” Ruhl was elected to a 4 year term as a Franklin Park Village Trustee in the April 4, 2011 Consolidated Election under the Franklin Park Independent Tea Party ticket. The other two elected trustees, Cheryl L. McLean and Randall K. Petersen, ran under the Your Village Voice Party ticket.
Franklin Park is southeast of O’Hare in Leyden Township in Cook County. When you take 294 over Mannheim and the long bridge over the railroad track bridge by O’Hare you are in Franklin Park. The village then goes east to the Des Plaines River and Schiller Woods (Cook County Forest Preserve) and River Grove and Norridge, west to Bensenville/DuPage County, north to Schiller Park, south to Melrose Park. Lots of railroad tracks run through it, commuter and freight.
Tip: Whenever you see the word “Transfer” next to anybody’s name, this means they have an active “Committee” of ‘some kind’ set up with the Illinois Board of Elections.
So, that is where you should start looking…. Mark hit the nail on the head..
Look, this thing is so deep, and so convoluted, NOBODY wants to believe what the heck is really going on.
So what do we know about the Sheriff?
1) He enjoys purchasing real estate as his form of investing
2) He enjoys going to Mexico
3) He, like any other company CEO, hires and fires personell
4) Many of his connections are in counties other than McHenry. We know the Sheriff has ties to Addison, Illinois, therefore, it would not be unusual for him to have political ties outside the walls of McHenry County.
5) McHenry County States Attorney’s office, even after an “Active Duty” Sworn Deputy Sheriff comes forward and provides information, under ‘Oath’ that the Sheriff is a criminal, “STILL” refused to believe the Sheriff is involved in ANY corruption, thus, stated it was NOT INTERESTED in investigating the Sheriff
6) There is no reason for any of us to believe the Sheriff has done anything wrong whatsoever. NOTHING!!!
The Sheriff is at liberty, living his life as he pleases. The show is over folks.
All the stuff coming out of the Sheriff’s office directed towards the Sheriff is just bunk!!!! And let me remind those who want to take a shot at me… Go ahead, just as I proved… EVERYTHING I LAID OUT, came directly from the Sheriff’s own men, inside, working with him everyday.
Here is the final point to be made.
Yes, you may not agree with some of the thing’s the Sheriff has done. You might be angry that he has in some fashion cause you grief or you feel he has not done his job.
Yes, you might look at things, such as contracts that connect political contributions to work contracts that lead from the Sheriff’s Department to certain individuals……….
BUT….. NOTHING ILLEGAL has been proved!! Unless and Until it is, there is NOTHING further to discuss regarding the Sherrif of McHenry County.

Imagine my surprize when I found this blog forwarded to me and found I was a topic of conversation.
To keep matters straight, I worked part time during the summer of 2010 on the McHenry County Marine Unit.
As a recently retired Police Officer and avid boater I fit the criteria needed for this unit. In 2009 I ran for mayor of franklin park under the party name of the Independent Citizens Action Party, and was defeated.
In 2010 I began my campaign to run for a seat on the Franklin Park Village Board, using the party name of Independent Tea Party.
When I started the campaign I was still working for the Marine unit and was advised to list this on my ecomnomic interest form, which is why it shows me as a McHenry County Deputy.
I won the election and am now a Trustee on the Franklin Park Village board.
I met Sheriff Nygren once, when I was hired.
The connection between myself and Sheriff Nygren is I worked on his Marine Unit from June to October 2010.
The funds listed above are monies I transfered from my personel account to pay for my Tea Party Campaign.
