What a surprise…the RINO Mary McCann supports Franks. So add McCann to the list of fake republicans, along with Michele Aavang and Corey Brackmann, running for county board in district 6.
Many of the State Reps and Senators are far left of Franks. Althoff sides with the teachers. They know they have to have an R to win. That doesn’t change their ideology.
For the county board having an R or D or I by your name is meaningless. Here EVERYONE is a Republican because they dominate the local politics. If it was Democratic county, they’d all be registered and run as Democrats. Remember that Nygren was a registered Democrat but knew where the bread was buttered. He became a Republican and was appointed. If he remained a Democrat they could not appoint him as the Sheriff he was replacing was a Republican.
