Dan Duffy to Speak at Holy Apostles in McHenry Wednesday Night

Dan Duffy conducting his Springfield 101 course in Prairie Grove.

Here’s the information that popped into my inbox:

“Please come to hear Senator Dan Duffy R, this Wed. 11th,  at 7 pm speak on Legislation at the Church of Holy Apostles, 5211 W. Bull Valley rd.  in McHenry, Il.

“Our Rockford group met him on Advocacy day in Springfield.

“He is pro life and he told us, he gives a talk on Springfield 101 and explains what we need to know about legislation.

“He was invited to Holy Apostles to speak.”

  1. That’s funny, Duffy goes around telling women’s groups he’s pro-choice.

He regularly whines about Personal PAC and it’s mail pieces quoting the Dufster’s own words.

Maybe Duffy is pro-whomever he’s speaking to at the moment.

Except Red Lights and traffic laws.

Duffy is absolutely against red lights and traffic law enforcement. So, um, if you’re standing on a corner heading to the church, keep an eagle-eye out for the Dufster.

He’s sure to slide though a right-on-red on his way in.

  2. **That’s funny, Duffy goes around telling women’s groups he’s pro-choice. **

Just curious… what groups has he told that to? Because I don’t really believe that he has said that.

  3. The Dufster believes the electorate are overwhelmed by all of the disinformation present in today’s society.

Therefore, he can play both ends and not be called on it because his constituents are easily baffled (even when they are rich) or just don’t give a darn (even if they are rich).

Just google his 2008 campaign and see how he proclaimed himself pro-choice.

  4. Did you follow LC Truth’s advice, Dave? He attended a Planned Parenthood function during his ’08 campaign and harped about his pro-choice creds, and then, within a week, spoke at a church function, lauding his pro-life stance.

Are you really curious, Dave, or was that just a phrase you like to use? I really don’t care if the Dufster is pro-life or choice. What I do care about is his utter lack of integrity, coupled with his narcissitic belief that he can get away with saying anything to anyone, just ‘cuz he says it in such a charming manner. Duffy’s a snake, and lacks the cajones to just stand for something, anything. Except red lights. We know where he stands on those. Too bad he had to be outed to show his motivation.

  5. **Are you really curious, Dave, or was that just a phrase you like to use? **

I was genuinely curious… I did not know that Duffy has claimed to be pro-choice in the past. It surprises me.

I wasn’t around the area in 2008, so wasn’t watching that campaign.

And, FWIW, I don’t disagree with anything you said about him.
