Man Arresed for McHenry Shores Burglaries

MCHENRY POLICE ARREST OFFENDER IN CONNECTION TO MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES

JOSEPH P. MCQUADE, age 42, 1103 Bonita Lane, McHenry, Illinois was arrested in connection with five residential burglaries that recently occurred in the McHenry Shores Subdivision within the City of McHenry.

As a result of this investigation McQuade was charged with the following offenses.

  • Four counts of RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY (Class 1 Felonies)
  • One count of THEFT (OVER) (Class 3 Felony)
  • Three counts of THEFT (UNDER) (Class A Misdemeanors)
  • One count of CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE (Class A Misdemeanor)

The investigation into McQuade is still on-going and additional charges against him may be forthcoming by this agency and other agencies within McHenry County for similar incidents.

McQuade was processed and transported to the McHenry County Adult Correctional Facility.

On Wednesday 06/13/2012 McQuade will appear in Rights Court.
