FREE FAMILY FUN
Village of Lakewood, IL Yes, there is a free lunch and so much more! Bring the entire family and enjoy the festivities at Family Fest at Lakewood Commons (next to Lou Malnati’s) on Saturday, July 7, 1 pm-5 pm.
The day is literally jam packed with family entertainment!
Among some of the day’s featured activities are
- Northern Illinois’ “Science Guy (1:30 p.m.); and
- Ms. Deena (4:00 p.m.) who will provide music and stories for preschoolers;
- performances by the Illinois Martial Arts Academy (1:45 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.);
- live music throughout the day Mike Daily (1:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m.) and
- even an unplugged concert by HiFi Superstar (2:30 p.m.).
Entertainment at the event will also include multiple Bounce Houses, Obstacle Courses, Carnival Games, crafts, face painting and a special TOUCH-A TRUCK exhibit. There will even be free totes for the first 250 families.
