Marengo crime fighter Kristin Ottolino sends the following email “To All Concerned Town of Marengo Citizens:”

The Chief of Police of Marengo [Joseph M. Hallman] is trying to organize a Neighborhood Watch program for Marengo.

I would like to invite you to come with me. It will be on October 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council chambers. Hope to see you there!
