Former Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr., and his wife former Alderman Sandra Jackson voted together last fall. Now they are being indicted together.

When I left the car radio at about 3:30 this afternoon, President Barack Obama’s Chicago high school speech was 40 minutes late.

Why?

My guess is that the indictment of former Jesse Jackson, Jr., and his wife former Alderman Sandy Jackson on various criminal violations for spending somewhere in the vicinity of $700,000 of campaign contributions for personal purposes is causing a major disruption in the Presidential party.

So far, the U.S.Justice Department in Washington has not shared its press release, if one exists, with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago.

  1. Is Obama always late?

Is it because he really doesn’t care about people?

When he was scheduled at the Woodstock Opera House a few years ago, he was late.

After 20 minutes I walked out.

Everyone had been told to stay in their seats, but the politicians were “special” and they were walking around, glad-handing people.

It was rude and inconsiderate of him to keep 400 people waiting. More should have walked out.
