David Stieper’s message on the back compares the increase in the Consumer Price Index increases in the cost of Barrington Hills village government.
David Stieper is a candidate for Trustee; Martin McLaughlin is the candidate for Village President; these are two super people that the people of Barrington Hills desparately need to lead them out of the black hole created by Abboud.

Need relief from the “TAXING ” chains of B.H. Pres. Bob Abboud.
Reminds me so much of Obama….talk, talk , spend, spend, my way or no way.
This is what we get from a Democrat.
Enough is enough….Time to vote him out.
Abboud in recent times has publicly raised the the subject of compensation for Village Officials.
He has claimed publicly that he spends 40 to 60 hours a week on Village affairs.
The Village could save millions if it paid him to spend his time managing affairs elsewhere!
With the concurrence of this Board of Trustees, his past governance will most certainly cost the taxpayers untold millions in undoing the damage he has already done – this must end on April 9th!
David Stieper as Trustee will be a positive step in helping to right this sinking ship.
Abboud’s financial legacy clearly documents 8 years of incompetent and dishonest leadership by a man of low wattage intellect.
A wretched failure, and totally lacking in qualifications as a leader, he has driven our fractured village to the brink of disaster.
Time for all good men and women to turn out en masse at the polls and send Abboud on a long walk down a short pier.
