Having looked at the nine gambling bills that passed the Illinois General Assembly this year, today let’s examine the roll call of the big one that didn’t, Senate Bill 1739.
This is the big kahona of the 2013 gambling expansion bills. It passed the State Senate 32-20-1. Dan Duffy and Karen McConnaughay voted against the bill. Pam Althoff is recorded as not voting.
