State Rep. Jack Franks increased his campaign assets about $7,000 during the second quarter of 2013.
He raised $40,678.36 and spent $33,391.57.
The Marengo Democrat had $512,584 at his disposal at the end of June.
Interestingly, he made no contribution to the McHenry County Democratic Party.
He did, however, make the following political donations:
