It seems that Mr. Corruption himself, Louis Bianchi failed in training Supervisor Donald Flack in how NOT to get caught. Maybe Bill Prim should have stepped in and give Donald Flack some pointers.

Township government, itself, is a “theft of services” Bloated salaries, for little “service.” we should all have such cushy jobs. how many hours do they put in? overpaid, pension, perks; sure isn’t like the real world. we need this on a referendum next spring.
