There will be a football game at South High School in Crystal Lake tonight.
If Crystal Lake Gator fans need to go to the bathroom, they can do so within view of the homes on Amberwood.
And, if storm clouds block out the sun, both supporters of the visiting team and the home team, now facing the east in 48-foot bleachers, will be able to see the game clearly.
There will be action behind the bleachers, too.

That’s where port-a-potties have been put.
Plenty of port-a-potties. Five are located behind the bleachers.
So, while neighbors won’t be able to see the game, they will be able to see who goes to the bathroom.

Sources say the students have been told by e-mail and PA announcement to “pack the stands” tonight.
Pretty tacky I would say. IMO The people who designed this should be fired as well as dumping whoever authorized it.
How arrogant.
Whether it was legal to do or not, there was a right thing to do if you respected the neighbors at all. Don’t we supposedly teach our children to do the right thing even if it is inconvenient or disagrees with a golden vision?
Kind of let’s you know exactly what they think of the “neighbors” and their complaints.
I sure hope the Crystal Lake Police Department will be watching this area tonight. Just saying!

I know, I know, butt I just couldn’t help myself!” Sorry but it seemed to be the perfect time to roll out that oldie but goodie!
On my County Tax Bills. 69.9% of the total goes to schools. It’s astounding, these folks not only have their home values destroyed, but they paid the people that did it to them.
All this reminds me of that unbiased study I read a while back, exposing the myth, that good schools increase property values.
Good luck ever being able to sell and move. But maybe a glimmer of good news is, as people walk on the banks that financed them, they’ll pay less taxes because assessments will plummet. Or will the assessor pull out the old ‘quantifier, multiplier, equalizer’ gibberish to increase the rates these poor folks are paying?

They even went so far as to make several PA announcements bragging about the potty’s behind the stands.
To top it off they were selling food/drinks back there too right next to the port o potty’s.
How disgusting is that?
You can pee & get a hot dog as soon as you walk out of the potty.
