Last Saturday, former Congressman, now WIND Talk Show Host Joe Walsh urged civil disobedience with regard to Illinois gun laws.

Monday Cook County Judge Ellen Mandeltort reversed herself and dismissed charges against a man whom she had ruled had violated the Illinois gun control law.  That’s what a Chicago Tribune story revealed.

The Chicago Tribune’s Tuesday story is entitled, “Court’s decision disarms concealed carry charge.”

Why?

The Illinois Supreme Court held it unconstitutional after she made her decision.

Wednesday Fox News reporter Mike Flannery had a story saying the Cook County State’s Attorney was going to dismiss 103 similar cases for illegal gun possession.
