Suspicious Activity at Unincorporated Crystal Lake Business Results in Arrest
The McHenry County Sheriff’s Office announced today the arrest of a Chicago woman for prostitution.
The Sheriff’s Office conducted an undercover operation at the “Spring Spa” located in the 5600 block of Illinois Route 31, unincorporated Crystal Lake, after receiving complaints from the community of suspicious activity at the business.

Investigators discovered that Shufang Lu does not have a license to practice massage therapy and the “Spring Spa” does not have a valid business license.
Lu was taken into custody on October 28, 2013 and transported to the McHenry County Correctional Facility.

“We applaud the public for their assistance and diligence in providing us with information of this suspicious activity,” stated Undersheriff Andrew Zinke. “We would like to remind everyone to report any and all illegal activity to either Crime Stoppers McHenry County at 1-800-762-7867 or the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office 815-338-2144.”
ARRESTED: Shufang Lu (Female, 49), 218 W. 19th St., Chicago, Illinois 60616
CHARGES: Prostitution (class A), Unlawful Practice of Massage Therapy (class A)
BOND: $1,500

It is important that everyone understands that Zane Seipler is Duncan Mchenry. He is a very bitter individual that ran unsuccessfully against Sheriff Nygren in the 2010 Republican primary election and lost terribly.
Duncan Mchenry = Zane Seipler was fired for violating the department’s general orders when he lied under oath in his civil lawsuit against the Sheriff’s Department. U.S. District Judge Kapala called his testimony a “fabricated narrative that conveniently explained what had transpired.”
