Envelope from Andy Zinke to Cal Skinner.
The envelope was addressed to Cal Skinner, Skinner Campaign Fund.
Inside was a contribution card and a return envelope, but it was unstamped.
Andy Zinke is willing to accept contributions by credit card.
There was also a pitch for money under his apparent slogan for the campaign: “Experience, Professional Leadership, Education.” You can read it below:

You may remember the interaction we had at Crystal Lake’s Independence Day Parade. Zinke was not very friendly.
Thank you Cal, I am sure Undersheriff Andrew Zinke appreciates that you post this excellent campaign letter.
This campaign letter makes me pleased and satisfied that I am supporting the right person as our next Sheriff of McHenry County.
This letter goes to show you, there is more than one way to beg for money and volunteers.
Too bad Zinke has to resort to this kind of mass mailing.

I think not.
After being in management and various business positions, I would question many things about this letter.
A psychoanalysis would reveal many things.
First of all the logo.
He is RUNNING for sheriff.
He is not in that position.
It should say “for sheriff” or elect.
He has “declared himself” !!
Yikes!
I have declared myself king of my neighborhood.
He is NOT the only person running on the Republican ticket.
This and many indications here of a HUGE EGO.
This is a man I never would have hired.
Zinke claims to be “…the republican candidate for Sheriff…(in the March 2014 Primary).”
He is not “the” candidate.
He is “a” candidate.
He is only one of the expected Republican candidates.
Maybe his “people” haven’t told him yet about the other candidate.
Technically, there aren’t ANY candidates yet.
Prim and Zinke will become candidates only after their petitions are filed, accepted and verified to have enough qualified signatures.
Mr. Zinke represents waste and the “Good ole boys” of McHenry County.
That would be alright if they served the public but this as we know is not the case. And our tax dollars prove it
I urge everyopne with any free time to help get Bill Prim elected for Sheriff.
Don’t just complain please put in the effort for real change.
Come on let’s get busy.
