“Picking Paul Vallas confirms that Pat Quinn is running scared.

LOMBARD, Ill. – Republican candidate for Governor Kirk Dillard issued the following statement regarding Gov. Quinn’s choice of former Chicago Schools CEO Paul Vallas for Lt. Governor.
