For those wondering how the taxpayers are paying for the Crystal Lake School District 155 legal expenses to defend the neighbors’ and the City of Crystal Lake’s suit, the answer is that is the district’s liability insurance company is on the hook.

  1. They should be torn down seeing that the school district does not need them nor do they care about sinking the neighbors property values.

    What the school district should do is buy the affected homes before they are worth nothing.

  2. Those who made that terrible decision should be on the hook, not the insurance company (premiums paid by taxpayers). It’s too bad the recent tornadoes didn’t swoop down and destroy the new stadium. When the next election for School Board comes along, dump all the incumbents and elect new faces, and give them a mandate to dump the School District employees who had anything to do with this fiasco.

  3. Wonder the capacity of each set of bleachers, meaning home capacity and visitor capacity.
