“In the Ways and Means Committee on which I serve, we have been actively engaged on [human trafficking] particularly as it relates to children in foster care. So I’m asking for your help today and I want your feedback on a piece of legislation that we are currently working on. It’s called The Preventing Sex Trafficking and Improving Opportunities for Youth in Foster Care Act.”
