  1. Nick will give 200% to this position as he is a hard worker, loves McHenry County and its residents, and will modernize the office so that it works more efficiently to meet the demands of a growing county.

  2. Career politians supporting career politians – classic.

This office deserves someome with integrity Nick is a career politian who cannot be trusted with the task.

If he is such a fiscal watchdog let him stay on the county board where that matters.

He has a four year term that he is walking away from so he can collect a full time pay check 109,000.00 versus 20,000.00. He will still collect the 20,000.00 in heath benefits.

Keep your eye on the money and it will lead you to the truth.

He is vested in IMRF pension and the pension bases your payout on the last 4 years of your highest salary. So Nick is looking to gleem 80% of 109,000 for his pension rather than 80% of 20,000.

    No to career politians

  3. This is great! It makes it so much simpler.

All you have to do is read all the names the liar backs – then vote for anyone else but them.

  4. Historically, Tryon supports the Status Quo GOP & Incumbent Party.

    “Do not rock the boat.”

This philosophy creates quite seemingly contradictory endorsement of “Establishment” precinct committeeman candidates and “Regime” affiliated Provenzano.

Everyone knows that Provenzano is primarily aligned with the “Reform” or minority Rebel faction that is attempting a hostile takeover of the GOP.

    Yet, Mike backs Nick.

    Incumbent Party united!

  5. I don’t understand why people are calling Nick a career politician.

I must have missed something, because I can tell you, his county board position doesn’t pay our bills.

Mary McClellan was elected to the County Board on a ballot that contained two other Mary’s.

    Mary Donner and Mary Alger.

Both would have better represented District Three, they would have showed up, voted and dealt with constituent concerns.

Mary McClellan misrepresented herself when she ran for County Board because she knew she would never be able to attend meetings.

Every day we get phone calls wondering why her signs are on people’s property without permission.

She argued with people when they wouldn’t sign her petitions.

    Integrity?

    I think not.

The day Kathy Schultz announced her retirement, McClellan got up and left the County Board meeting to pull petitions from the Clerks office, with no regard of the people she is there to represent the people who elected her.

One vote she didn’t miss was the one voting herself a raise if she were able to win that office.

Fortunately a majority of the board, including Nick voted no.

She has aligned herself with the boys at Nunda.

An ousted Highway Commissioner, a Supervisor who won by 11 votes who just raised the tax levies after promising he wouldn’t, and a Highway Commissioner who one by 3 votes, being sued for moving water direction and causing flooding.

Just because someone says something over and over doesn’t make it true.

Mary and her minions are bullies plain and simple.

    Don’t let her fool you.

  6. Also, why isn’t anyone questioning why Mary is working for Anita Alvarez in COOK COUNTY?

    How much does she make?

Fair is fair if someone is going to focus on Nick’s potential salary if he wins . . . .

  7. Not to mention, she also wanted to be a Judge, but didn’t even make the cut to be considered.

  8. Bridget who??

Aren’t you the same Bridget who lost the supervisor race against the Nunda people you now bash and call minions.

Sounds like you have an axe to grind.

Aren’t you the same Bridget who attacked Mary McClellan at the forum in Nunda when you were running for supervisor.

Aren’t you the same Bridget who does not know when to keep her mouth shut.

Aren’t you the same Bridget that does not understand that her husband is a career Politian for the last 10 years and not a very good one at that.

He has been found guilty of violating the open meeting act by the Attorney General for his own self interest.

You must live in a world with rainbows and unicorns.

You attack McClellan for missing meetings while her father was sick and pasted away.

Really you are a heartless woman.

    I feel sorry for Nick.

  9. I heard a local tool distributor had some trouble with an employee and some sport tickets a few years ago.

  10. Watchdog, your comments are irrelevant.

If you are to slander me at least have the courage to use your own name.

If you have facts to undermine my statements, say so.

Calling me names is stupid and childish.

    Grow up.
