The following email from Jeremy Sawyer, Deputy Intern and Volunteer Coordinator, asks for local folks to march with Bruce Rauner in Sunday’s Independence Day Parade:
I’m writing to inform you about an upcoming event for the Bruce Rauner Campaign for Governor.
We will be walking in the Crystal Lake Independence Day this Sunday, July 6th at 1:00pm.
We hope that you will be able to join us to participate in the parade and show your support for Bruce!
We are putting together the best ground-game and support network in the state in a significant effort to defeat Pat Quinn.
Parades are a great way for us to show it off, engage voters, and build publicity and momentum for the campaign. We would love your help in ensuring a big turnout for our next Governor, Bruce Rauner. If you are able to make it to any of the parades this coming weekend we would very much appreciate it!
We will be meeting between 12 and 12:30pm at spot #24 in the Boss Lot at 110 W. Woodstock Street.
We will also we walking in the Fox Lake Independence Day Parade on Saturday, July 5th at 10:00 AM. Team Rauner will be meeting between 9:00 and 9:30 AM at Grant Community High School (285 East Grand), where the parade will begin before continuing west on Grand Avenue, and ends in the Towne Center Plaza on Rollins Road.
Please contact Ryan Provanzano at 815-403-8804 or email@example.com for more information or to RSVP.
Don’t forget to wear patriotic attire and a navy blue shirt if possible.
Thank you so much for your time and your support! Be sure to invite your family and friends and we hope to see you to celebrate Independence Day this weekend!
