Last week, according to McHenry County State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi,
“Our Chief of the Criminal Division, Michael Combs, appeared at the parole hearing last week in Pontiac and argued, on behalf of our office, the victims and their families and the community of Mchenry County …to denial Mark Smith parole. Mick and I, or both, will appear at the parole hearing in Cook County.”
