The Northwest Herald has brought in an outsider to run the paper.

The Northwest Herald’s online edition is reporting that Publisher John Rung is being replaced by Kate Weber.

Rung remains as President of Shaw Media.

Weber has been working at the NWH since April, the article says.

Rung stated she is “a compassionate leader and just a nice person in general.”

Weber previously worked for the Times News in Erie, Pennsylvania, and the Denver Post in advertising positions. She lives in Pennsylvania, but plans to more with her husband and three children.

  1. from her photo, she can takeover and revive the long ago episodic “Pat” comedy skit on SNL.

“Nice Person” eh? heh, heh ….anyone who works for Shaw in such a capacity cannot be ‘nice’ ………

  2. Seriously? @OldManWInter your quick jump to judge explains so much.

from you “name” you could revive the Grinch.

Some of you people need to revisit book you so freely quote.

I think you missed a few of the critical lessons.
