UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
On 11-02-14 at 2049 hrs, Jesus Huerta-Carrillo (m-18 yoa), 922 Williams St, Walworth, Wisconsin was issued a Citation under City Ordinance for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis. Huerta-Carrillo was released at the scene.

Harvard is apparently willing to take money in place of a criminal prosecution.
It’s refreshing to see that not everyone in McHenry County thinks recreational pot smokers should be treated like rapists and bank robbers.
