Gun Thief Gets 20 Years

A press release from the Office of Lou Bianchi, State’s Attorney:

SHANE LAMB SENTENCED TO 20 YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR AGGRAVATED POSSESSION OF STOLEN FIREARMS

Louis A. Bianchi, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that Shane Lamb, 30, was sentenced to 20 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of Aggravated Possession of Stolen Firearms.

Lamb stole a gun safe from a residence in the City of McHenry, Illinois.

The safe contained more than 10 firearms, and Lamb was identified by witnesses taking the safe out of the residence.

There were other items of memorabilia that were contained in the safe that Lamb pawned at a pawn shop in Wisconsin.

Of the guns stolen, three were recovered after being used in separate crimes.

This case was investigated by Detective Robert Roske from the McHenry City Police Department.

This case was prosecuted by Robert Zalud and John Gibbons of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.

  1. Maybe he can meet Daddy’s Little Kumquat and deliver justice to the other guy involved in Brian’s murder.

    2 POS’s who are getting what they deserve, but not enough of it.

    Where are the jerks from Johnsburg who were defending their favorite local dope ring organizer?

  2. They need to release Mario Casciaro.

    There is evidence that was not tested at the time of his conviction.

    RR- the local dope organizer is now deceased.

    I believe he is the reall killer and Mario was set up.

  3. I guess if the self-confessed killer of Brian Carrick was locked up instead of given a free pass he wouldn’t be out stealing guns.

    Now hopefully, no-one was murdered by any of these weapons that he stole or there will be many, many bloody hands in the courthouse.
