Dear Mr. Olp,

The Executive Board of the McHenry County Fair Association met on Friday, May 22, 2015 in regards to your letter. We decided that we will offer each vendor the opportunity to remain in the same space in which they were located during the 2014 Fair. We will attempt to contact each vendor individually to reserve their space. Due to the increase in the number of vendors for the 2015 Fair, we have opened additional vendor space in Building E, and based on the requests of the existing vendors as well as the individual requirements of the new vendors, the exact layout may be slightly different than 2014.
