Cameron Hubbard, the newest Crystal Lake City Councilman, reporting having $1,004.48 as of the end of March.
Appointed to the office when Carolyn Schofield was elected to the McHenry County Board, Hubbard retained the seat by election two years ago.
He is up for re-election in 2017.
