Today, we hit the jackpot of Political Action Funds.

It supports the political ambitions of McHenry County State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi.

As of the end of March, Bianchi had $115,236.82 in the bank.

His term is up next year and this amount in campaign funds surely looks as if he is running for another term.

No money was raised during the first three months of 2015.

Bianchi’s annual fundraiser in held during the summer.

He did donate $2,500 to the McHenry County Republican Central Committee, probably for the Lincoln Day Dinner.

He also made the following expenditures:

  • 1-21 – Child Advocacy Center of McHenry County, Woodstock, $180 for a fundraiser
    Postmaster 1050 Country Club Road
  • 2-6 – Senior Services Associates, McHenry, $185 for a fundraiser
  • 3-5 & 18 – Postmaster, Woodstock, $278.60 for postage

Other unitemized spending of $516.45 and campaign contributions of $175 are reported.

Part 8 – Who’s Got What — 10 Comments

  1. If you had told me a decade ago that Bianchi would be the one who came out on top, I wouldn’t have believed you.

  2. He has a huge following and they have never wavered in their support of him.

He is an ethical guy, who works for the people.

Oppressive regimes, eventually come toppling down.

It took the people and the election of Bill Prim, Governor Bruce Rauner and others, to begin the transition into ethical Illinois government.

Many people, have fought, tirelessly, for the crusade and the fight against corruption.

There have been many, many, heroes along the journey.

Not one single person, can be credited as the person who rode the white horse into town, as the main hero.

The crusade would not be successful without any one persons efforts.

Personally, I have had several conversations with the insiders, about what really happened to Lou Bianchi and, the others. who were wrongfully persecuted.

Bianchi, was “NOT” the one playing “Let’s Make a Deal” because “The Pice is Right”

Bianchi, is “KEY” to improving McHenry County Government.

Let, your voices be heard, once again, throughout the power of the vote.

  3. Bianchi is indeed a good man, but let’s get some political reality here.

Because the SA wouldn’t play along with the real power of the Republican Party, Sheriff Keith Nygren, the leadership got incensed.

For decades, the party officials were supposed to play along with the leadership.

Deviation from that political pressure was thought to be heresy – and was supposed to be PUNISHED.

So, Nygren needed to build a case against Bianchi.

Over 4 years, along with the support of Judge Graham, Al Jourdan, Chief Linder, Deputy Chief Lowery, and members of the Republican Party and MCSO who were willing to unjustly attack the States Attorney and others – allowed Nygren to create a BS indictment of Bianchi.

The Press, willing sychophants who want to appease the police to continue to get press releases for a squandering media business, sluggishly played along.

They hired failing lawyers (McQueen and Tonigan) to accept the job of council for the phony prosecution – and the witch hunt began. Headlines, collateral damage, and our county was paying multiple bills. Incompetence ruled the road in McHenry County from 2009-2012.

    Bianchi at first stood alone.

But he was the rock of Gibraltar.

You had local politicians actually thinking he may be guilty.

The reality was, Nygren was not only WRONG….he was a total FRAUD.

And, it revealed that he and his allies were nothing but EVIL THUGS.

The papers were willing and complicit guilty parties.

Knowing full well who was wrong (they received the emails, faxes, and press releases from the MCSO and the CLPD – knowing full well this all was a COORDINATED FRAUD); The press continued this laughable misuse of power because they’re beholden to the police for their “investigative reporting”.

When the dust of this septic and incompetent attempt at a coup d’etat of the SA office, it was clear that Nygren lost and Bianchi won.

Nygren retired, Graham has now retired, Linder was forced to retire, Lowery ran for the hills, Zinke lost an election, and Bianchi stood tall.

Bianchi became the de fault leader of the Party.

I’m not so sure he even wants to be the leader.

Salgado is the de facto Republican Leader; but in reality Bianchi is now the power.

The fact is, however, NYGREN LOST BIG.

HE AND HIS FRIENDS were clearly the LOSERS.

The newspapers will never give this insight.

  5. BIANCHI IS A GOOD MAN AND THAT’S WHY HE HAS THE ACCUMULATED DONATIONS IN HIS RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN FUND.

IF LOU WAS A WEAK MAN HE WOULD HAVE TAKEN SOME DEAL WITH TONIGAN, INSTEAD HE RISKED EVERYTHING TO PROVE HE IS THE REAL DEAL.

GOOD JOB LOU AND KEEP IT UP!

  6. In case Jack Franks’ campaign fund does not make your posting of campaign funds I am adding this:

    $485,007.76

That is what he has in his fund.

18 contributions in excess of $1,000 in the first quarter of this year.

Jack Franks, who along with local Pam Althoff voted YES to permit the licensing of illegal aliens to practice law in Illinois.

In other words, you can be in our country illegally and practice law in Illinois if Bruce Rauner signs the legislation.

Anyone going to run against Pam Althoff?

Anyone going to run against Jack Franks?

  7. It is interesting, Tonigan is the Attorney of record for the some of the dirty local 150, boys in previous Lake County cases.

Some of the leaders of the Local 150, are the same guys that intimidated, harassed and ran business out of town.

When one of the owners asked Nygren to address criminal complaints,

Nygren said is his concern was September 11 and terrorism.

Clearly, Nygren’s job was McHenry County, not Federal crimes and terrorism.

He actually refused to allow criminal complaints to be filed against those where there was absolute proof of crimes being committed.

Some of the 150 guys, were entering quarries on their motorcycles and harassing intimidating employees, just to get them to pay a fee to the local 150.

Then they proceeded proceeded to follow the trucks out of the facilities with the intent to cut them off on the road.

The information is contained in court files.

It is sickening to think that Nygren allowed it.
