Entering Springfield on May, I took this photo of a welcoming sign.
Glad I wasn’t driving. It was pouring.
The sign is on a walkway between two parts of what used to be Springfield’s ghetto.
On one side there are not new townhouses, which replaced old townhouses.
Public housing.
City fathers and mothers decided to fence in the pedestrian overpass.
