Governor’s Day at the State Fair — 10 Comments

  1. Ms. Salgado has done a terrific job as chairman of the McHenry County Republicans.

After 40 years I finally see a very active party .

She has breathed life into it.

  2. Was it Salgado or the new Committeemen recruits?

BTW the caption: “Republican Party Vice Chairman Mickey Schuch”

Does that mean Andrew Gasser resigned and an election was held to replace him with Mr. Schuch?

  3. Unfortunate photo for Chuck.

Too bad about that growth on his head.

  4. RINO coward Mark Kirk did not show.

    Time to send him packing.

  5. Cautious – I believe it is an error in description.

Mickey S. is on some committee.

    Gasser is vice chair.

  6. Schuch is Vice Chairman for Finance, I believe, an appointed position.

  7. It’s silly to assume that the leader of an organization isn’t responsible for that organizations success.

When there is a failure it’s easy to point blame, success now wait a minute it must be some other reason?
    Horse crap.

Clearly who ever wrote that is not a fan of Chairwoman Salgado.

Truth be told stuff gets done with the current leaders, not just talked about.

Rumors are flying that certain people aren’t happy with the leadership.

What have these haters done to promote the cause? Nothing.

It’s easy to Monday morning quarterback it’s a whole different ballgame to spend hundreds of man hours (donated time mind you) working and moving the ball.

    Put up or shut up.

  8. CL Native – The rumors you speak of are true, with many.

I am not a “hater” as you say, but, I speak unwelcome truths.

You want to question what I’ve done to promote the cause?

I’ll be happy to take you down that road!

The man hours I’ve donated goes beyond the “hundreds” you speak of…

It’s a bit ironic that you say “put up or shut up” as you hide behind a pseudonym.

  9. First off deflate the ego a bit as no one was talking about Paul.

Second do a little history study and you’ll quickly realized pen names have been quite common.

Ever hear of the Federalist Papers?

    Super sarcasm intended.

  10. CL native: Dost thou protest too much?

All I posted was a post relative to committeemen.

Do not believe anything negative was stated about anyone.
