McHenry County Board member Mike Skala is listed on the Secretary of State’s web site as being the company’s President.

In filing, Schofield listed District 3 McHenry County Board GOP Primary Election candidate Nancy Gonsiorek as her campaign fund Treasurer.

Schofield is chairing her own committee.

Schofield is running against

  • Paul Serwatka, who has given his own campaign $100,000
  • Allen Skillicorn, who reported havingĀ $15,352.53 as of the end of June and receiving $2,300 since then
  • Dan Wilbrandt, who has gotten $39,000, including $25,000 from himself

  1. I hope to see some comments relative to her performance on the Township Consolidation Task Force.

    As a GOP voter I for one do not want her in Springfield.

    Serwatka is the guy we need.

    The last thing Springfield needs is another politician, just there for the ride.

    Carolyn said awhile back, she didn’t know anything about the legislative pension and benefits and couldn’t answer a simple question as to whether she would accept or reject them.

    Carolyn, have you had time to decide, yet?

  3. Did Skala use $1,000 of taxpayer money to fund Schofield?

    Did he give her some of the money which he ‘saved’ by having the taxpayers fund his health insurance?

    Sounds like the old union trick.

    Get public sector employees to pay union dues (I should say get the taxpayer to fund union dues) and then use that money for political contributions.
