  1. All this money thrown at him by Dan Proft PAC and we still do not know who Dan McChonchie is and what he will do to reform underfunded pensions . . . .

    Voters are left with less information now that his LinkIn was recently amended removing his profession as a Springfield “Lobbyst”.

    If he is backing someone, they deserve to be considered seriously.

  6. Dan McConchie publicly stated at an event for an endorsement in Freemont/Mundelien that the advantage he had over his opponents was that he had an already established presence in Springfield regularly meeting and dealing with springfield lobbyists and legislators.

    In Chicago, this is called “clout”!

    Dan McChonchie by his own admission is an “insider”.

    At least that is what he says in Lake County/ Again, why in McHenry County does Dan McConchie run away from who he is?

    Cal, why are you assisting Dan McChonchie in this endeavor?

    Cal, was the one time you were referring to when Dan McConchie was in Springfield two weeks ago when Dan McConchie was spotted at the Capitol building dealing with insiders and certain legislators?

    While Dan McChonchie’s LinkIn may no longer identify him as a lobbyst due to recent amendment by him, Dan McChonchie is in fact a springfield lobbyist, for better or worse.

    What is troubling, is why Dan McChonchie with the assistance of this blog is running away from who he is?

    Perhaps Christine Meyer can verify Dan McChonchie’s lobbying background for readers of this blog given all that publicly disclosed homework she has done on Dan McChonchie in support of her statement that Dan as the best choice for 26th District.

    Cal, where did you hear Dan McChonchie had only been to Springfield one time?

    And may I quote “Da Coach” regarding your statement that Dan McConchie has only been to Springfield one time, “Who you crapp’in”.
