The Political Action Committee run by Dan Proft supporting Dan McConchie sent out an attack piece against Casey Urlacher this week.
It attempts to tie Urlacher to Democratic Party Governors Rob Blagojevich and Pat Quinn.
The argument is that the same contributors who helped finance those governors’ campaigns are contributing to Urlacher’s run for the State Senate.
Contributions from prominent trial attorney Robert Clifford and Nowak Construction appear in small print on the address side of the mailing. That indicates Casey Urlacher is an “enemy,” the post card says.
The mailing catches one’s attention by putting Rob Blagojevich’s and Pat Quinn’s photos on the back.
Thanks, Dan now I know who I will vote for.

This mailing left me feeling extremely uneasy.
I found it quite threatening as a person living within the Republican perimeter, not being a Republican.
It is intimidating and offensive and threatening.
“dont let this enemy inside our Republican perimeter in the suburbs”…
Screw you whoever wrote this.
I hope Casey wins now because this mailing is wrong.
