6th Congressional District challenger Jay Kinzler has sent his second mailing to Republicans.
On the address side, he quotes the “Conservative Review” as giving incumbent Peter Roskam an “F” rating.
He calls Roskam “a 21-year career politician.

I met Jay, so I know that he’s more conservative than Rep. Roskam.
