Sanders Supporters To Be in Dundee St. Pat’s Day Parade

Here’s the message that has been sent out seeking parade participants:

Mar 12: March for Bernie in the Dundee Township/East and West Dundee St. Patrick’s Day Parade Join us Saturday, March 12th for the Thom McNamee Memorial St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Dundee Township, IL.

Bernie Sanders supporters could have used some "burn" to protect them from the wind chill as they held up signs supporting their candidate.

Bernie Sanders supporters could have used some “burn” to protect them from the wind chill in Crystal Lake this evening as they held up signs supporting their candidate next to Walgren’s.

We will march through downtown East and West Dundee for Bernie Sanders to remind attendees to vote during the March 15th primary election.

The parade starts at 11:00am, but Bernie supporters will group up at 10:30am at the corner of Wenholz and Water Street, where the parade route begins. We will then march together through the crowd following the parade route east on Barrington, then south on River Street. The parade ends at Bandito Barney’s Beach Club on River Street.

Please wear some St. Paddy’s Day attire and also bring your Bernie go Bragh (Bernie Forever) signs. We want everyone at the parade to #feelthebern !!!
