  1. After a 2014, Clearing of Incompetent Office Holders, McHenry County Now has Another Poised to Strike!

I now direct you to the following about County Board Candidate for District 5 Joe Calomino.

McHenry County just finished cleaning out it’s incestuous relationship with the incompetent, do we really want to have to go at it another term? I know I can’t stomach it!

    As follows;
After the hearing the BOARD OF FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSIONERS OF the VILLAGE OF SCHAUMBURG et al.

found that plaintiff, ( Joe Calomino) a 10-year veteran, “blatantly ignored the Standard Operating Procedures of the Schaumburg Police Department” and held that the July 12, 1990, incident constituted sufficient cause for discharge. Specifically the Board found that on July 12, 1990, plaintiff violated the following Schaumburg Police Department rules:

) Standard Operating Procedure—P. 36 re: Conduct, Preliminary Investigations
    b) § 1.5.2.35—Neglect of Duty
    c) § 1.4.9.2(4)—Duties of Patrol Officer, Preliminary Investigation
    d) § 1.5.2.36—Requiring Prompt Performance of Duties
    e) § 1.5.2.54—General Responsibilities at Crime Scene
    f) § 1.5.2.23—Duty to Read/Understand/Comply with Orders
    g) § 1.5.2.34—On-Duty Conduct Affecting the Efficiency, Image and Public Confidence in the Department.

After looking at plaintiff’s record the Board also found plaintiff failed to perform his duties in a competent and acceptable manner over the last six years and that such conduct violated Department rules and regulations warranting his termination.

  2. Recommended by Mike Tyron….what else do we need to know?

    VOTE NO

  3. Isn’t Skala the highest paid County Board Member, i.e., salary + perks?

How many $ do we pay toward his health insurance package?

  4. It is about time someone else points out how greedy skala is.

    Thank You optionsopen.

Full coverage from his own company in HUNTLEY, but still hits the taxpayers.

No to skala and anyone he backs.

  5. Voter for one in District 5 – Andy Snarski!

By only voting for Andy, your vote carries more weight!!

We, the taxpayers, would be better served by an Independent or a Democrat than by Calomino or Skala who has proven he has zero respect for taxpayers.
