There aren’t many precincts in yet, but incumbent McHenry County Board member Anna May Miller, Chairwoman of the Transportation Committee is running three out of three with 7 of 38 precincts in.
Less that one-seventh of the precinct results have been tabulated, but they show that a big upset may be in the making.
Incumbent Yvonne Barnes and newcomer Tom Wilbeck are ahead of Miller.
