The American Conservative Union has rated Illinois legislators for their votes in 2015.
Local legislators Dan Duffy and David McSweeney make the top bracket of the list.
Karen McConnaughay and Barbara Wheeler gained recognition in the second tier.
Democrat Jack Franks scored 42%. [In the original post, I misread the District number for the score.]
State Senator Pam Althoff was at 62%, down from 80% in 2014.
See the issues upon which the ratings are based here.
Need to start fund raising for Althoff’s replacement.
What was Pam’s rating Cal?
I noticed she ran unopposed in the primary, says something about the people in her district.
Has she ever had a primary opponent?
Actually, Cal misread the score. Franks scored a 42%, not 63%.

62%. I’ll put it in the article.
“Conservative Union” Boy if that isn’t an Oxy Moron!
Duffy and McSweeney-they’re the only ones that come to mind as the real deal, both of them.
