Shells with holes in them 2 closer upOf course, to get anything done this year, Franks would have to use one of his 48 shell bills (that is, bills with no content).

Or use someone else’s.

Then again, he might amend it to State Senator Pam Althoff’s Senate Bill 2701 for which he is the House sponsor.

More likely is that he will issue a press release that the Jack Franks Herald will give it big play.

  1. Huh, is that the same Jack Franks who spends hours on end at the McHenry County Courthouse foreclosing on peoples’ homes?

  2. He should be down in Springfield working with the Governor to improve our state.

Instead, he would rather avoid any topic of discussion regarding his role in the three stooges, which also includes Mad Mikey Madigan and Brown Noser Cullerton!

  3. In my opinion anyone who votes for Jack Franks is a fool.

Unfortunately in McHenry County we have more than our fair share of fools.

Why else are our property taxes so high but the value of our homes so low (compared to Cook County) ?

Jack Franks should stick to passing legislation relative to movie start times.

  4. Oh Jim!

You’re a Franks fan, and a Bob & Annamay Miller fan.

That automatically rules you out as being mentally fit.

  5. Please people . . . hope you can see how this aggressive ‘career politician’ would be toxic in any elected position he would run for in Mchenry County !

I’m hopeful he will go into the private sector or retire & perhaps move to perhaps Arizona.

  6. Franks and Althoff, both radical liberals.

Pamela Althoff needs to go, no greater example of a RINO.

  7. How about eliminate defined benefit pensions for all public sector employees and elected government officials.

Now that would be a HUGE victory for taxpayers.

But instead Jack Franks voted for unfunded and underfunded pension and retiree healthcare legislative benefit hikes to unfunded and underfunded pension and retiree healthcare systems.

So much for looking out for the taxpayer.
