Sunday, May 15th, Gonigam reported,

“Franks qualified that saying he’d give up the Rep. race if the Committee can pick another candidate who’s both ‘electable’ and holds a political outlook consistent with his own.”

But Franks still hasn’t pulled out of the race.

The form that Franks has to file with the State Board of Elections to withdraw from the race is on the right.

The Democrats who are providing commentary wonder how long I will remind people that Jack Franks has not done what he told every reporter by Pete Gonigam he would do.

I guess as good a question is,

“How long will it be until Jack Franks actually does what he said he would do to other reporters?”

  1. I see the withdrawal for candidacy form and was wondering if they had the same form for the States Attorney.

    I would like to send it to someone.

  2. That’s a question you should refer to McHenry County Clerk Mary McClellan.

  3. Well it would seem Harrison (for states attn ) is the person that needs a withdrawal form besides Jack Franks.
