McHenry County Salaries – M — 11 Comments

  1. How is pension and retiree healthcare benefit hiking Jack Franks with his legions of union contributors going to save the taxpayers money overall when the highest county government costs are salaries and benefits.

Now we are waiting to see if Double Jack will continue to be a candidate through November 8, 2016 election day.

    Once as State Representative.

A 2nd time as McHenry County Board Chair?

    Am I seeing double?

Two guys with the same name?

    Nope, same guy twice.

How much do Walworth County Deputies earn across the state line?

Oh, that’s not considered in collective bargaining negotiations.

    Only Illinois counties.

  2. I have given the salaries/benefits being posted in this series, and I am astounded that County Board members make a salary almost as much as some of the posted full time employees.

  3. County Board members are taking benefits that part time employees are not even entitled to have.

  4. Well, list them here.

There are 6 County Board Districts, each with 4 elected Board Members, that’s 24 maximum people with salaries and benefits, so that in itself is not a significant tax savings, would have to coupled with other savings to be significant, so what other reforms are you proposing.

Maybe Jack Franks and the Democrat party will bless Jeffery Lichte as Democrat State Representative 63rd District since he received so many votes running as the Republican State Representative (he’s really a Democrat) candidate in the 63rd District Republican primary election held on March 15, 2016.

That would be the Jeffery Lichte who had no campaign website, not a single campaign sign, not a single picture of himself, no campaign literature, but he received lots of Democrat supporter campaign contributions to run as a Republican in a smear campaign against real Republican candidate Steve Reick.

  5. A help desk typically supports something.

Could be internal support for computer software and / or hardware issues.

  6. Over a 100k base pay for being one of the biggest f*** ups the county ever employed. Kind of comical.

  7. @CP

Are you talking about Mary McClellan, Matthew McNamara, or Lt (former commander) John Miller?

  8. Mark,
They can’t slate Lichte as a Dem. because he already ran in the Rep. primary. The Chicago machine will have to find another pawn.
