Wonder Lake Man Arrested on Battery and Disorderly Conduct Charges

Detectives of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office served criminal arrest warrants today and took into custody a Wonder Lake man for battery and disorderly conduct stemming from a June 2 incident at Highland Shores Beach in Wonder Lake, Illinois.
Sheriff’s deputies responding to a complaint on that date were advised that an older male had approached a juvenile female on the beach, made an inappropriate comment and kissed her on the forehead.
Evidence and interviews conducted by detectives over the next few weeks ultimately led to the identification and arrest of Ronald Minor, who is now in custody at the McHenry County Correctional Facility.

CHARGES:
- 1 count of Battery (Class A Misdemeanor)
- 1 count of Disorderly Conduct (Class C Misdemeanor)
