  1. Huh.

    House Republicans must be worried about Reick not winning.

    Guess that poll didn’t come back with good results.

  2. **It used to be the safest Republican seat in the house until Al Jourdan’s sock-puppet managed to lose it.**

    You don’t spend $100k if you think it is one of the “safest Republican seat[s] in the house.”

  3. Republican Steve Reick v Democrat John Bartman for 63rd District State Representative.

    Election November 8, 2016

    ++++++++

    The 63rd District primary election, held March 15, 2016, had 3 candidates on the ballot.

    Democrat Jack Franks, unopposed.

    Democrat Jeffery Lichte filed with the State Board of Elections as a Republican, and ran as a Republican.

    Republican Steve Reick.

    +++++++

    The primary election featured a smear campaign against Steve Reick.

    Jeffery Lichte did not have a PAC.

    An independent expenditure PAC named Government for the People filed its D-1 Statement of Organization with the State Board of Elections (SBE) on March 7, 2016.

    John Biesk signed the form.

    Line 8 the name is printed BieSk

    Line 9 the name is printed BieCk.

    Who forgets how to print their name?

    Did John Biesk really complete and sign that form?

    On March 8, 2016, the Illinois Education Association (IEA) teacher union PAC (IPACE) reported sending a $12,500 contribution to Government for the People at the then Chicago address of Shaw Decremer, whom the Chicago Tribune in January 2016 called Michael Madigan’s top campaign aide.

    The next day IPACE submitted a letter stating the address should have been the address listed on the D-1 Statement of Organization, which is an address in Naperville.

    Democrat Michael Madigan is the Speaker of the House of Representatives (#1 person in the State House of Representatives).

    He is the most powerful politician in Illinois.

    He is the Chair of 4 political action committees (PACs).

    In addition, he has influence over many other political contributions.

    The incumbent State Representative in the 63rd District, Jack Franks, is a Democrat.

    The Democrats hold a slim super majority in the State House of Representatives.

    ++++++++

    Michael Madigan must be worried about Reick winning.

    Don’t need a poll for that.
