At a $150 price tag, it’s too rich for me, but others might be interested in attending a dinner to raise funds to elect Republican State Representatives on Saturday at the restaurant 1776.
My wife and I and two friends ate there Wednesday night and can attest that the food was wonderful.
The invitation is below:
House Republican Leader Jim Durken, Mike Tryon and Ed Sullivan will be hosting the event.
Sounds like this would be a nice event.
$150.00 is probably the right amount for a Republican event as this. I
think too many people are getting in free at even the $50.00 price tag events.
Some have to pay and some don’t which is not right.
I also think that EVERYONE should pay the same price at any fundraiser regardless of who you are.
Just sayin
Will Jack Franks attend?
Usually he walks in for free at GOP candidate fund raisers.
The fundraiser is Sunday night; not Saturday.
What a line-up!
Come out to see Ed Sullivan, Jr., who is leaving Springfiel to become a State Lobbyist after YEARS of double-dipping as a State Representative and Township Assessor…
That’s one GOP event I intend to boycott ….. 3 pathetic losers.

Tryon is the type of guy who talks about regulations hurting the working man and then votes for more regulations of farmers markets.
