The Crystal Lake Area CROP Hunger Walk was held this past Sunday 10/16.
The start and finish was at First Congregational Church behind the Chamber of Commerce.
There were 200 hundred walkers, from 10 churches who together helped raise over $17,000.
25% of the money raised will be returned back to the community to help fund the Crystal Lake Food Pantry, and McHenry County PADS.
