Here’s what was distributed to a Grafton Township precinct recently.
The back of this Lying Jack Franks door hanger is blank. Maybe that’s where he has printed his plan to Cut 10.
It touts the endorsements that Lying Jack Franks has received from the three newspapers who have made endorsements.
And, it has
To all three editorial boards, Franks backed off from his Cut 10 campaign promise that he will cut homeowners’ property tax bills 10%.
He told them he would cut county government’s tax levy 10%.
But some people I talked to today are see through the subterfuge.
One man told me that Franks really was proposing cutting 1%.
He knew that 10% of 10% is only 1% of his tax bill.
There isn’t enough money in the world to get me to vote for Franks, for ANY office.
Even the trucking company ABF (Anybody but Franks) agrees (tongue firmly in cheek there)

Ya know, the most disappointing thing is that for all the noise about Franks, Walkup has virtually zero presence.
I just completed a ride all around the NE quarter of the county and not once did I see a Walkup sign.
None.
Plenty of Franks signs.
How can I take Walkup seriously if he apparently doesn’t take himself seriously?
Really, would he assume the role as half-heartedly as he is pursuing it?

My campaign at this point is essentially a one person affair, with sporadic help from a few people.
Only a fraction of the GOP Committeemen have even picked up literature or signs.
The Party is taking an essentially hands off attitude.
If people think I am not putting in enough effort it is because I am not getting any real help.
I am out every single day, all day, putting up signs and walking precincts entirely by myself.
Those of you who want to criticize, should instead offer to pitch in.
