Message of the Day – MIA

Look at this set if signs for signs for Democratic Party candidates, national and local, plus one sign favoring a Crystal Lake Library tax hike.

These signs for Democratic Party candidates are on an arterial street in Crystal Lake.

These signs for Democratic Party candidates are on an arterial street in Crystal Lake.

Whose sign is not there?

I have been told that a similar observation has been made on a local “progressive” web site.

Could it be a reaction to Lying Jack Franks having been a delegate for Hillary Clinton, who did not carry McHenry County.

  1. **Could it be a reaction to Lying Jack Franks having been a delegate for Hillary Clinton, who did not carry McHenry County.**

So somehow that is your conclusion, even though they have a Clinton sign?

  2. alabama is right on the money here.

All the signs are for liars.

    Why exclude one?

  3. Maybe the same maniac who keeps stealing your Trump sign, took the Franks sign

  4. While the national race sickens me to no end for both parties (and the lower tier candidates make me prefer to eat vomit before I vote for them), where I’m still undecided.

I’m taking a different tact in the local races where decisions are easy.

I will not vote for anyone that supports the Mike Madigan party in either chamber.

Same goes for county board where DEM.

Franks ran around topping off Madigan’s coffee tumbler on a daily basis.

  5. Democrat 63rd District State Representative Jack Franks has many instances of not marketing himself with the Democrat party.

The above picture is one of many examples.

    Here is another example.

Jack Franks was elected as a Hillary Clinton Delegate for the 14th Congressional District on March 15, 2016.

But he does not state that on his campaign website.

The only indication on his campaign website that he is a Democrat is the newspaper endorsements.

    ++++++++

Jack Franks hiked government costs by voting for unfunded and underfunded mandates as a State Representative.

The worst of those cost hikes were pension benefit hikes, at a time when most of the pensions were already underfunded.

Jack Franks says he has never voted for a tax hike.

What’s the result of passing cost hikes and not funding the cost hikes with tax hikes?

Underfunded pensions and unfunded pension liabilities.

Underfunded pensions and unfunded pension liabilities are due in large part to unfunded mandates passed by State Representatives and State Senators, and signed into law by Governors.

Jack Franks was on the State of Illinois Task force for unfunded mandates that issued its report this year (Task Force on Local Government Consolidation and Unfunded Mandates).

But Jack Franks is not bringing the problems of unfunded mandates and government debt to the attention of voters in this election cycle.

Instead he is focusing on high property taxes.

Taxes in fact not high enough if we keep all the unfunded mandates for which he voted.

That creates a problem for Jack Franks.

How to fund the unfunded and underfunded benefit hikes for which he voted.

  6. Franks’ signs are (purposefully) next to Republican signs when out in open space areas.

  7. Now that you mention it Xout42,
Have seen some Frank’s signs by the
    Republican ones.

    Another sleazy misdirect.

  8. All the featured hacks are money redirectors from productive citizens to the welfareites and illegals //////

the problem is many if not most of the Republicans are just the same!
